Ann Fenech sues Labour over Panama allegations

PN council president Ann Fenech filed a libel suit against Labour leader Joseph Muscat and party president Daniel Micallef.

Fenech sued Labour over a statement in which it was alleged that Fenech would have no qualms in setting up companies in Panama, “as she has already done for her clients.”

The application signed by Joe Zammit Maempel and Antonio Ghio says that the statement is slanderous.
