Updated | Worker seriously injured by falling wall

A 47-year-old Macedonian worker residing in Gzira was grievously injured when a concrete wall fell on him while working at a house in Valletta this morning.

The incident occurred at around 11:40am in Old Mint Street.

The injured worker was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance were he was certified as suffering from grievous injuries.

He is not in danger of dying.

Police investigations are ongoing.
