At least two people have been killed and three others wounded after an airstrike hit a maternity hospital supported by Save the Children is north-western Syria.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), a UK-based monitor, said airstrikes hit the hospital and also a civil defence building.
The hospital is situated in a rebel-held area of Idlib province. According to reports, the hospital was the only maternity facility for about 70 miles and worked with about 1,300 women and children a month. 340 babies were delivered last month.
According to the BBC, quoting the agency that manages the hospital, those killed were relatives of patients.
It is not clear who carried out the attack.
