Rodolfo Saores scored a late goal that earned Hibernians a 2-1 win over St. Andrews.
St. Andrews went ahead on the 27th minute. Emny Pena Beltre went on the right flank and set a cross towards Ivan Paz who finished past Andrew Hogg.
The Paolites recovered well and managed to equalise in the additional time prior to half time. Following a free kick, Bjorn Kristensen served Jurgen Degabriele and the latter's effort ended inside the net past Jake Galea.
Danilo Doncic’s side nearly regained the lead on the 54th minute. Ziga Kastrevec sent a strong shot that hit the post.
Two minutes later, Jackson Lima of Hibernians saw his effort from distance hitting the post.
However, when everyone thought that the game will end in a draw, Mark Miller’s side managed to score the winning goal. Gilmar’s cross found Soares who sent a header past Galea.
