Following last year’s success, The Manoel Theatre has once again invited the International Purves Puppets company from Scotland which will be staging a puppet and black light theatre show entitled The Firebird. The production is an exciting new adaptation of Russia’s famous folktale, set to Stravinsky’s ballet score.

Dun Karm: Poeta tal-Baħar
An evening dedicated to national poet Dun Karm’s output related to the sea at Ta’ Lapsi Church, St Julian’s. Prof Charles Briffa will be the main speaker at the event. Musical accompaniment will be provided by students from GF Abela College under the direction of Manoel Pirotta. Entrance is free, but attendees are kindly asked to be seated by 20:00. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
