Drug paraphernalia found in Whitney Houston's hotel room
Cocaine and drug paraphernalia were found in the bathroom of Whitney Houston's Beverly Hills hotel room.
According to a coroner's report, items used for cocaine and drug paraphernalia were found in the hotel room of pop singer Whitney Houston.
Houston, 48, was found dead on February 11at the Beverly Hilton Hotel before she was meant to attend a pre-Grammy party.
Sky News reports that detectives found white powdery substances, a spoon with white residue and a rolled up piece of paper together with a small mirror.
While the report does not specifically point out the substance as cocaine, tests revealed that Houston had consumed the drug but it could not be specified when the drug was taken.
According to the report, Houston complained of a sore throat and an assistant suggested she take a bath before preparing for a pre-Grammy party.
