After the winter-that-never-was, summer has finally hit our shores! Even though we haven’t been freezing to death this winter we still look forward to the summer months as, let’s face it, summer is more than just an open window and a warmer breeze.

Summer time, means summer fruit and boy, oh boy is the fruit good in summer. Melons, watermelons and apricots – these are perfectly delicious eaten still warm off the fruit truck while leaning over the sink. However they do have other uses – think hair masks and gentle exfoliators.
