The Prodigy singer Keith Flint dies
The singer was found dead at his home in Essex on Monday. He was 49.
Keith Flint, vocalist for the prodigy, has died at the age of 49.
The singer was found dead at his home in Essex on Monday, with the band confirming in an Instagram post that Flint had taken his own life.
The police confirmed that a 49-year-old man had been found dead in his home, and said that his death was not being treated as suspicious at this stage.
Flint performed the vocals on The Prodigy’s best known singles, Firestarter and Breathe, which both went to No 1.
In a statement, the band said they were deeply shocked and saddened by the news, describing Flint as a “true pioneer, innovator and legend”.
The band appealed for the privacy of all concerned to be respected at this time.
