Gozo honeymoon for Brangelina who get hitched in France

The Associated Press has reported that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie got married last Saturday in France, four days before arriving in Malta. The star couple arrived in Malta on Wednesday for filming of ‘By the Sea’, a romantic film that has been written and that will be directed by Jolie herself. 

The couple will star together for the first time since the blockbuster Mr and Mrs Smith in 2005. Plot details of this new film have not yet been released but Pitt and Jolie will be acting as a married couple.

The film will be shot in Mgarr ix-Xini in Gozo. The location has been closed to the public for the coming three months as Pitt, Jolie and the production crew wanted unfettered access to the public. They have even rented out a beach café, Rew Rew, for the coming three months.

Pitt and Jolie got engaged in 2012 and have six children.
