Actress Maria Schneider dies
Best known for playing Jeanne opposite Marlon Brando in the 1972 motion picture Last Tango in Paris, she passed away on Thursday morning after a long battle with disease at 58 years of age.
Her death is being reported by Italian media Republica, attributing the source to family members in Paris.
She was born in the French capital on 27 March, 1952.
