Marc Storace leaves his mark at Celebrity Street
The popular Maltese international rock singer and songwriter Marc Storace was the latest artist to be honoured by the Bay Street Complex as he left a hand print in cement during a ceremony in his honour at Celebrity Street.
This addition to Malta’s own Walk of Fame was held during an activity at Bay Street where Marc Storace was welcomed to the complex by Martin Sapiano, Bay Street’s Marketing & Events Manager.
Known for his distinctive voice, Marc Storace is most noted for his position as frontman, lead singer and songwriter of Swiss hard rock band Krokus from 1980, as well as his earlier stint as the voice of Swiss progressive rockers TEA. Storace started his career in music in the 1960s with various smaller bands - including one he had formed himself in London. He has since also undertaken a solo project, duets and an acoustical project and has worked with numerous other rock acts as both a writer and a singer.
