Winter Moods preparations for their 30th anniversary concert on Saturday underway. Tonight the band are doing their first sound check and run through of their special concert. The band’s concert will take place at Fort St Elmo, and all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated entirely to Puttinu Cares.
Talking against a backdrop of crew setting up the stage, sound and lights, Ivan Grech frontman of the band said, ‘We are really excited about Saturday, the Inner Circle tickets are sold out, and there are only a few General Standing tickets left. We have a few surprises in store for the audience, and we look forward to reminiscing through our 30 years of music with the songs that the people love to hear.’
Transport Malta will be extending their Park & Ride service from Floriana on Saturday. There will be additional service between 6:30pm and midnight. The parking fee for a car is just €0.40 - this includes transportation to and from the venue for all passengers in the car.
Earlier this week Winter Moods announced that The New Victorians and Joe Roscoe will be supporting.
