AX Hotels engage new business development manager

AX Hotels manager Kevin Callus said Tanti comes with a vast knowledge of the trade which he acquired through his years of experience in the hospitality industry, working in various leading 4 and 5-star hotels on the island.

“His engagement in this new position is an important step for us to consolidate and build upon the work AX Hotels has done so far,” Callus said.

Tanti is not a new face at AX Hotels, having served as revenue manager at The Victoria Hotel and previously also holding the post of front office manager. Tanti has also worked for a number of years at the Seashells Resort at Suncrest.

In his new role as Business Development Manager Andy Tanti will be heading the Sales Team, with the aim of overriding the challenges offered by the current market situations and increasing the hotel’s visibility in the market through the right channels.

“I am very excited at having this new opportunity and facing the challenges of my new role. I am familiar and comfortable within the environment and climate that characterise AX Hotels. We know we have a strong team working within a great structure, and we are confident of achieving the goals we have set for ourselves.
