Farsons announces appointment of new Company Secretary

Ms Caruana, M.Sc. HRM, B.A. (Hons.) Business Management, F.C.I.P.D., has occupied the post of Farsons Group Human Resources Manager since 1 July 2009 and will retain overall responsibility for this function. She is also a member of the Farsons Group executive board.

Her other interests include involvement in the Chamber of Commerce as well as being a trustee of the Richmond Foundation. She is currently a Director of the Central Bank of Malta and also serves as Employers’ Representative on the Industrial Tribunal.
