GWU secures collective agreement for Foster Clark employees
The General Workers Union has signed a collective agreement for its members with Foster Clarks.
The General Workers’ Union’s food and hospitality section has signed a new collective agreement with Foster Clark, whereby the employees will enjoy financial benefits and improved working conditions.
“For 2011 the workers will enjoy an increase in their allowances and bonus,” the GWU said in a statement.
“There is also an agreement between GWU and Foster Clarks for more talks, to discuss wage increase for the years covered by the collective agreement.”
The agreement was signed between Chris Degiorgio and Steve Vella on behalf of Foster Clark and Kevin Camilleri and Stephen J Meli on behalf of GWU.
