Employees from HSBC Call Centre seconded to the UK

Five employees from Malta, working in HSBC’s Call Centre in Swatar, which services customers in the UK, have recently moved on in their careers, to work with HSBC in the UK.

The employees qualified for this career move, following opportunities to fill in vacancies in HSBC’s UKnetwork and have all taken up roles within the London Area.

Victoria Spiteri, who was previously a Customer Service and Sales Representative in Malta, is now serving as a Personal Assistant to the Head of European Operational Risk and is based at Canary Wharf in London. Matthew Psaila, who served as a Team Leader in Malta and  Andrew Mooney who served as a Customer Service and Sales Representative are both now Customer Service Officers in HSBC’s Branches at Canary Wharf.  Matthew has already received an award for his contribution and performance in his branch.

Clive Barbara and Justine Attard both previously occupied the post of Customer Service and Sales Representatives in Malta. They too are now Customer Service Officers in HSBC’s Charing Crossand Westminster Branches accordingly.
