This new CEO is to make sure that any agreement GO signs with its faithful customers are honoured. Until now when a customer signs their 2 year agreement to buy one of its services only the customer is bound BUT not GO. Recently GO decided to increase its tariffs and this affected even those who had signed these 2 years contract. And the authority who is supposed to protect the consumers is conspicuous by it silence!
