Real estate careers offered by Re/Max at property Expo

Re/Max Malta teamed up with the HSBC Advance Malta Property and Homes Expo to offer up to 75 hopeful real estate professionals the opportunity to enrol in the Re/Max Real Estate Academy for free.

Pre-selected inductees will attend a six-hour introductory course delivered by Re/Max Malta’s real estate trainer, Paul Vincenti, during the Property Expo to be held between Friday 13 April and 15 April 2012 at the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre in Ta’ Qali.

“The course is structured in such a way as to provide real-life scenarios, so aspiring real estate professionals will get a feel of what being a real estate agent entails. Those who complete this course will be given the opportunity to enrol in Re/Max Malta’s Succeed mentoring programme, a nine-week interactive training course that will set them off immediately into a productive real estate career,” Re/Max Malta CEO Jeff Buttigieg said.

Themes to be tackled during the introductory course will include ‘Becoming a successful real estate agent’ which will cover attitudes, potential, determination and professionalism. Sales will also be explained as well as examining possible leads which could be encountered by estate agents.

Anyone interested in ‘being in business for themselves but not on their own’, who aspires to earn an above-average income in a professional career, can apply.

A certificate will be issued to those who successfully complete the course.

The introductory course is being held in the MFCC theatre on 13 April from 6.30-8.30 p.m. and on 14 and 15 April from 4.30-6.30 p.m.
