Issue of floating rate Malta Government Stocks

Subscriptions for the new stocks open on Wednesday 29 August and close at noon on Friday 31 August and will only be availaible in the form of sealed bids

The issue of two new floating rate Malta Government Stocks for a total aggregate amount of €50 million subject to an over-allotment option of up to a further €25 million, are: FR% MGS 2017 (V) and FR% MGS 2018 (IV).

Subscriptions for these new stocks will only be available in the form of sealed bids subject to a minimum of €250,000 (nominal) and in multiples of €50,000 thereafter.

Subscriptions open on Wednesday 29 August and close at noon on Friday 31 August.
