Enemalta issues major tender to buy gasoline for December

Enemalta was reported to be seeking as much as 73,000 metric tonnes of premium unleaded, EN228 gasoline, according to a tender document seen by Bloomberg.

Sellers have the option to offer 36,500 tonnes for delivery from December to May 2013, or a full 73,000t consignment for December through November.

They want to conclude as many contracts themselves, as they possibly can, before being thrown out. I hope Labour, on re-election, would examine all fuel purchases from 2009 to date!
