Alert Group appoints John Ambrogio chief executive officer

John Ambrogio has been appointed Alert Group chief executive officer, the IT company has announced

With 28 years of executive management experience in a number of major local ICT companies, Ambrogio is well known in the industry for his leadership skills in heading multi-disciplinary teams of ICT practitioners to deliver business critical solutions in various local and international economic sectors.

For the last two and a half years Ambrogio has been the chairman of the board of governors of the eSkills Alliance-Malta, a coalition of academia, educators, MCST, the ITBS of the Chamber of Commerce and MITA, brought together to help reduce the e-skills gap in business, industry and society in general.

Welcoming Ambrogio to his new role, Claudine Cassar, executive chairman of Alert Group said: "I am delighted to announce that John Ambrogio has agreed to join us as Chief Executive.
