Premier Capital announces new chairman

Melo Hili ceased to be managing director and has succeeded him as non-executive director and chairman, as of May 31.

Melo Hili joined Hili Company in 1988 and has occupied a number of senior roles within the company. In his former position as managing director, he oversaw an operation of over 30 restaurants, employing more than 2,000 people.
