Inauguration of Malta Sotheby’s International is expected to increase interest of international buyers, closely following the launching of the Global Residence Programme.

After the launching of the Global Residence Programme, Edward Zammit Lewis, Parliamentary Secretary for Competitiveness and Economic Growth, inaugurated the opening of Malta Sotheby's International.

This investment by CSB Group aimed to attract international buyers to Malta. During his speech, Zammit Lewis remarked that the opening of Malta Sotheby's International promises to continue creating a climate within which local and foreign entrepreneurs would want to invest.

It will also promote the island's Unique Selling Perspective in as far as wealth in heritage, history, art, cultural and Mediterranean lifestyle are concerned.

"This closely follows the Global Residence Programme, which aims to facilitate the residence process, by offering excellent incentives for non-EU residents who are willing to invest in Malta" Zammit Lewis said.

He underlined that this programme will give a strong boost to various economic sectors leading to economic growth. "Ultimately, this would revitalize the property sector by increasing property acquisitions and lease holds in our country. It will also help the Financial Services industry, the leisure and hospitality industry," he concluded.
