Oil exploration company offers ocean governance scholarship

Genel Energy Plc and Mediterranean Oil and Gas Plc, through their Malta based company Phoenicia Energy Company Ltd, is sponsoring a scholarship for the MA in Ocean Governance.

A single scholarship is being offered to the value of €13,500 to cover the tuition fees associated with the Master of Arts in Ocean Governance, commencing in October 2013.

This MA degree is being offered by the University of Malta in collaboration with the International Ocean Institute and will be held at the Valletta Campus of the University as part of its International Masters Programmes.

Phoenicia Energy Company Ltd is currently carrying out oil exploration operations with the Ministry for Transport and Infrastructure (Government of Malta).
