Staff can conveniently apply for leave on the go and kick off an electronic approval cycle. Each staff member is able to see what remaining entitlement is available with a history of approved and pending leave applications by simply logging onto the system. Requests are automatically passed on for approval to the authoriser/manager who can see who is also on leave at that same time within their department prior to authorising. An email/SMS can be sent to both employee and authoriser once approved or declined. Management can see team or department leave schedules in a single view, enabling scheduling of work based on resources.
Shireburn Leave Manager is designed to increase efficiency and facilitate leave management, requests and approvals. The solution eliminates wasting precious time with staff requesting leave balances and manually filling and submitting leave request forms. It also spares management the task of sorting through leave requests and paperwork.

Shireburn Leave Manager is an optional module of the Shireburn Payroll and HR Management System and all leave data is automatically integrated into the Shireburn Payroll System enabling automatic calculations of entitlement for the HR/Payroll department.
