Phase One of Pendergardens inaugurated
The first major milestone has been reached - Phase One of the Pendergardens Project was inauguarated during a reception earlier this month.
Block 11 to Block 15 and the beautifully finished piazza are now completed and over 80% of the apartments have been sold. Residents, in fact have already started to move into their new properties.
