Corinthia Finance plc to merge 2010 bond issues into one
Corinthia Finance plc has announced today that it will merge the second issue of the €15 million 6.25% bonds, which expire between 2016 and 2019, with the first bond issue issued by the company earlier this year.
The announcement was filed at the Malta Stock Exchange (MSE) by company secretary Alfred Fabri shortly before 1pm today.
Hence the second bond issue is to be merged with the first €25 million 6.25% bond issue by Corinthia Finance, which also expires between 2016 and 2019 after the first interest payment on 23 September 2010.
The two bonds shall thereafter be deemed to be one bond, Corinthia Finance explained.
Trading on the MSE in the €15 million 6.25% Bonds 2016-2019 (Second Issue) would be suspended as from tomorrow, the company announced.
