Eden Finance plc to redeem 6.7% bonds on 12 October

Listed company Eden Finance plc has announced that it would be redeeming its outstanding ten-year 6.7% bonds issued in 2000 on 12 October 2010.

The announcement was made in a company announcement filed on the Malta Stock Exchange (MSE) on Monday by Eden Finance plc company secretary Simon De Cesare.

In this respect, the company announced that bond-holders appearing on the register as at the close of business on Friday 24 September 2010 would be receiving payment of principal and interest for the year.

Hence no further trading on this bond would be possible after Friday 17 September 2010, the company announced.

The notice was given in accordance with accordance with the prospectus dated 18 September 2000.
