Social media award for MPS Marketing
This award was another important milestone achieved by MPS; as one of the leading Maltese companies in the field of marketing communications.
Marketing agency, MPS won the award for the best Social Media campaign during the 4th edition of eBiz Awards, organised by the Malta Communications Authority. MPS was nominated on behalf of the Public Broadcasting Services Ltd, following a successful online campaign featuring Malta’s participation in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest held in Denmark.
The digital campaign targeted no less than 63 countries, focusing specifically on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. PBS CEO Anton Attard described this campaign as hugely successful, reaching its purpose by targeting specific countries. The ‘selfie contest’ was one of the most successful tactics of this campaign, reaching 35,000 unique views. Ultimately, 500 people participated in this competition and they were viewed by over 100 million people across the world.
