The Hilton Malta has launched a unique initiative to give guests a close look at how the chefs prepare dishes before they reach the table.
This exclusive culinary experience for private groups of connoisseurs takes guests behind the scenes for a dinner in the heart of a truly professional kitchen, offering a real insight into the art of innovative Mediterranean cuisine.
During the event, the Chef will describe each dish, enhancing guests’ appreciation of his novel combinations.
The Chef’s Table menu includes six to nine courses and can be adjusted to any personal requests in order to suit all tastes. The meal will be accompanied by complimentary wines from the vast selection at the new Bottega Wine Cellar.
The Chef’s Table is open for dinner for a minimum of ten and a maximum of twelve people.
