Le Meridien hosts Summer celebration for key business partners

Le Meridien St Julian’s recently hosted its key business partners to a relaxed evening at its ‘La Bajja’ rooftop terrace to celebrate the start of the summer season, with an innovative menu of sweet and savoury creations prepared by its Executive Chef Sven Cepon, inspired by his recent years based at the Westin Singapore and Sheraton Maldives.
These included live pop-up canapés stations - a new concept for Le Méridien Malta - BBQ tables, a chicken Sharma station and sweet corner.
The venue, commanding unrivalled views of the picturesque Balluta bay, was themed to bring the hotels ‘Le Meriden Sparkling’ concept to life - a new perspective on social hour with with innovative flavours and creative flair transforming cocktails in sensorial timeless creations.
Alex Incorvaja, the new Director of Operations, who together with management and the sales team hosted the evening event, stated “that the Le Meridien brand is all about the creative, open-minded, curious traveller…..this event was a little taste of how Le Meridien Malta was implementing this philosophy”.
This summer, the hotel is unlocking a variety of options for its Maltese and international guests. KuDéTa Lounge & Bar provides a varied menu for all day dining, with an elegant a-la-carte evening menu, set on its terrace overlooking Balluta Bay.
To celebrate the Balluta Festa, La Bajja is opening up specifically on the 25th and 26th August for a special BBQ dinner, giving guests the opportunity to savour the colourful fireworks display.
