103,000 visit Fiera l-Kbira

103,000 visitors attended the second edition il-Fiera l-Kbira at MonteKristo Estate, a slight increase over last year's edition. 

The Fiera l-Kbira came to an end yesterday evening with the presentation of the grand prize, a Citoren C4 Cactus, to it’s winner - Ms. Alison Catania. 

The winning ticket was drawn by Jean Paul Sammut, CEO MonteKristo Estate in the presence of notary public Analise Micallef and members of the general public who were invited to attend for the draw through the fair’s PA system.  

Catania was immediately notified and asked to come to il-Fiera l-Kbira for a positive ID check by the notary and to be presented with the keys to the multi-award winning car. 

“I couldn’t believe it, in fact I was convinced that it was a joke.  But when I was greeted at the main entrance and asked to provide my ID card to the notary, I realised that it was true! I won a beautiful car! “ said an emotional Catania. 

The Citroen C4 Cactus was the main prize of this year’s Fiera l-Kbira, thanks to an exclusive agreement with Michael Attard Ltd. 

Two more winners, each winning an Air Malta flight to a top European destination were drawn.  During all nights of il-Fiera L-Kbira, 2 persons won a flight each thanks to Britannia Tours.  A total of 18 winners won Air Malta flights to several destination throughout Fiera l-Kbira.
