MIDI takes over full share control of SIS Ltd

MIDI plc, which held 50% of the shareholding in Solutions & Infrastructure Services Ltd (SIS), has acquired the other 50% from Siemens SpA.

According to a preliminary agreement, MIDI acquired 2,000,000 Ordinary A shares amounting to 50% of the total shareholding in SIS Ltd, a limited liability company registered in Malta under company registration number C38866.

“Following the completion of the transaction, the Company, which already owns the other 50% of the total shareholding, will hold all the shares in SIS Ltd,” MIDI plc company secretary Darren Azzopardi said.

One share will be held by a subsidiary of MIDI.

SIS Ltd is a fully licensed Internet Telephony Service Provider.
