FIMBank Bond Issue oversubscribed within hours

FIMBank p.l.c. announces that its offer of 2013 4.25% Bonds which opened today 25 October closed after a few hours due to over-subscription. The Bank will be exercising the over-allotment option and will shortly be announcing the allotment policy.
