DF Marine acquired by Vistra Group

Vistra Group, one of the world’s leading corporate service providers of international incorporations, trust, fiduciary and fund administration services, has announced the acquisition of the leading yachting Malta-based service provider, DF Marine, part of the DF Advocates group.

Specialising in providing professional services associated with the operation and ownership of yachts, DF Marine has established itself as a leading provider in the fields of yacht registration, yacht sale/purchase-contracts, yacht finance, Maltese leasing structures and EU VAT advisory.

The DF Marine team, led by Anthony Galea, will join the Vistra Group and a new entity has been formed to enhance the Group’s offering, Vistra Marine & Aviation Ltd. This company will also be receiving from Vistra Malta the existing marine & aviation portfolio.
