Castille launches internship programme

Years of specialisation has given Castille, a specialist recruitment agency for tech, legal, finance & accountancy jobs in Malta, the possibility to work with leading local and international business in Malta thereby positioning Castille as an enabler for undergraduates looking to gain work experience through the newly launched ‘Castille Intern Program’.

“Some students do not realise how beneficial and important an internship experience can be,” says Claire Darmanin, programme head at Castille.

“Being part of this program will help students gain valuable real life work experience and build contacts in their area of studies”.

Darmanin continues to emphasise that one will also get a realistic insight into what it is like to work in a professional working environment. The flexible work period will provide companies a chance to evaluate undergraduate students and through this assessment a company might also offer full time employment to the students once they graduate. The internships offered through the intern program will concentrate on relevant work for undergrads in tech, legal, finance & accountancy.
