GAP promotes Fort Cambridge in Shanghai

GAP Developers plc continued in China the series of successful international marketing initiatives which saw them promote the multi-awarded Fort Cambridge development around the world.

In the city of Shanghai, GAP held a series of successful meetings with a number of large corporations, which resulted in interesting business leads for the project as well as for the Maltese market.

Testament to the continuous increase in the international demand for one of Malta’s most enviable future residences and as a result of GAP’s international marketing drive, delegations from China are expected to visit Malta and Fort Cambridge in the coming months.

“With foreigners having already acquired over 50% of the available residences, this focused and well planned foreign marketing strategy has continued to increase demand from the four corners of the globe. This is a further testament to Fort Cambridge’s overall qualities,” said GAP Director Paul Attard.

The Fort Cambridge Project comprises 341 residential units of which 67% have already been sold. The Development is now in its final stages and on target for completion by the second half of 2011. In the latest construction developments in fact, work has moved on to the 13th floor of the east block, whereas the finishing of the south block has now reach the 9th floor.

All around the development, great care is being taken into ensuring that from every aspect even the finest of details is on par with the developers’ vision of making Fort Cambridge an unparalleled development for Malta and the Mediterranean both. The high standards of workmanship by local contractors and the fact that the project is being built in one whole phase are considered two of the biggest sales points generating so much international interest in the project.

GAP Developers have made a commitment to ensure Fort Cambridge is synonymous with luxury lifestyle and excellence in quality, a vision that is making Fort Cambridge one of the most sought after addresses in the Mediterranean! “We are very proud of these latest developments and of the interest that is being shown in the project not only locally but also internationally,” said Mr Attard. “All this confirms our feeling that this project is a real jewel for the local property market,” he said.
