BOV announces extended hours during summer months

In a statement released by Bank of Valletta, the bank said that eight of its branches will be extending their opening hours during the summer months. Between the 30 May 2016 and the 30 September 2016, the branches will be open on specific days between 4.30pm and 7.00pm.

The Siġġiewi and Żejtun branches will be open on Tuesdays, the Victoria (Ghawdex) and Żebbuġ branches on Wednesdays, the San Ġwann branch on Thursdays, and the Mosta, Qormi and Żurrieq branches on Fridays.

Services offered during extended opening hours include enquiries and applications relating to investment services, Bancassurance products, personal and home loans as well as debit and credit cards. Clients may also place orders for stockbroking transactions or register for BOV 24x7 Banking Service package.

The BOV reminds its customers that requests for encashment of cheques, withdrawals from accounts and business cash deposits are not entertained during the evening service.

The Bank also encourages customers to schedule an appointment before visiting the branch during the extended service, as they will be given priority.
