APS Bank to host public lecture on ‘managing a turnaround’

This master class provides a practical guideline for turnaround, crises and change management initiatives

APS Bank in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics Management and Accountancy at the University of Malta are proud to host a public lecture about the skills needed to manage a turnaround in business on Wednesday 8 June 2016 at the Le Meridien St Julian’s Hotel & Spa.

This masterclass provides a practical guideline for turnaround, crises and change management initiatives. It is aimed at business owners, auditors, accountants, CEOs, CFOs, managers and top-managers, consultants and task force members, who wish to prepare for such scenarios.

Dr Marcus Schütz a veteran in turnaround, corporate restructuring and strategy will be delivering a one hour masterclass on the skills needed to manage a turnaround in business. He is currently the APS Chair for Operations Strategy at FEMA within the University of Malta, Adjunct Professor at The University of Hong Kong and Lecturer at Tilburg University.

Admission to the lecture is free (registration is required). The event will be accredited by the Malta Institute of Accountants as per the Accountancy Board Accreditation Rules.
