Sara Grech signs exclusive cooperation contract with Muscats Motors

Sara Grech Ltd, has signed an exclusive 18-month cooperation contract with Muscats Motors Ltd, the authorised dealer for BMW and MINI in Malta

This will see Sara Grech clients benefitting from house-with-car deals and other offers, and wider exposure for BMW and MINI through real estate initiatives organised by the company.

BMW and MINI cars will be showcased at open days organised by Sara Grech to display exceptional properties to prospective clients. The first such of these open days will be held between the 12th and the 13th February at HighGrove in L-Ibrag.

Additionally Henry Scicluna, General Manager of Muscats Motors will be present for the official launch of High Grove on the 11th of February at Barcelona Lounge.

“We are constantly looking at new ways to bring our services to a wider range of clients and to offer more in a busy and crowded market,” says Sara Grech, who chairs the company. “People want added value and more for their money, and we believe this is an innovation that sets us apart from the rest.”

Selected property in one particular price bracket will include a BMW car with the sale, while selected property in another price bracket will include a MINI car. Cars will be free of charge to the homebuyer, with registration tax included.

“Hundreds of people visit our finer properties when we hold open days for the public. It is a good way of showing property at its best to the maximum number of interested parties. That level of foot-traffic is certainly interesting to BMW, which can showcase selected models to people who might otherwise not have visited the car showroom,” Ms Grech added.

Henry Scicluna General Manager at Muscats Motors said, “We have invested and will continue to invest in quality people and processes to help deliver these high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage customers to become proud ambassadors for the marquee they drive. It is therefore with great pleasure that we announce our exclusive venture with a highly reputable company such as Sara Grech, whose high quality priorities and modern marketing strategies conform well with the values built for the BMW and MINI brands.”

To those who still think that somebody can give you something for nothing.... think again....and personally i don't think there are many left out there...... The cost has to come from somewhere and finally the buyer has to pay for it So ain't it better to ask for a discount....

Reading between the lines woulde suggest that the property market and the demand for new cars market, is in a bit of a panic. If y' DON'T WANT THE CAR ( I certainly wouldn't want a (somewhat over-rated) BMW, would their be a substantial discount of the property price?
