BelAir Property opens Naxxar office

Belair Property continues to strengthen its position as a protagonist in the real estate industry as it announces the official opening of a new fully fledged office at a new central location in Labour Avenue Naxxar.

The new office – operated by Property Director Jean Pierre Camilleri, in collaboration with Office Manager Niki Casolani – marks a pivotal moment in Belair’s 40-year history. The presence of Belair in central Malta will enable the experienced and enthusiastic Naxxar team to target the lucrative property market not only in the popular areas already tackled by the existing offices in Gzira, St Julian’s and Valletta, but now also in central areas of the island and beyond.

Commenting about this decision, Belair Property Managing Director, Ian Casolani described this as yet another decisive phase in the Company’s positioning in the local property market. “Following the opening of our Valletta office towards the beginning of 2015, we felt that we needed to strengthen our office network in the centre of the island and we took the decision to seek and bolster our brand by adding Naxxar to our current structure.” 

Naxxar Office Director Jean Camilleri reiterates that the decision to opt for an office in the central part of Malta was based on the fact that “logistically this area offers fantastic potential from a real estate perspective, covering the North Harbour areas as well as the central and Northern parts of the Island with ease. Moreover, we are bringing the Belair brand and experience closer to numerous clients and owners alike”.
