Home of Quality moves to new Sliema premises

Home of Quality has moved a few doors along Tower Road, Sliema to dedicated new premises, Frank Salt Group said in a statement.

The new premises was officially opened this morning by Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, and marks a new phase in the development of Homes of Quality.

Up until a few weeks ago, Homes of Quality, though a separate entity, was located within the Sliema Branch of Frank Group of Companies. As of today, it has its own offices, reflecting a different concept in client relations.

The Prime Minister remarked that the demand for the quality properties that Homes of Quality specialises in, is high. “However, the supply far from matches the many requests from, mainly, foreign buyers flocking to Malta from the EU and beyond,” he said.

Frank Salt and his son, Grahame Salt, who is the managing director of Homes of Quality, said they are working towards satisfying this high end clientele while positioning the firm as the key connection between buyers and sellers in this market. The new office premises, they said, is a further step in this direction.

“The new office provides a high end luxurious atmosphere in line with the qualities of the properties we manage,” Grahame Salt said. “The intention is to create a welcoming space in which clients feel comfortable discussing their property investments in more private conditions.”

The new premises do not contain any chairs at the desks of the property consultants due to the fact that clients are shown into a boardroom with a screen to sift through properties under the guiding hand of their consultant, out of earshot of other clients.

According to Salt, this new Homes of Quality premises falls squarely in line with the Groups’ expanding scope. “Homes of Quality is a niche in its focus in that it aims to bring together excellent properties – these are not exclusively top price properties as good properties at great value are also in high demand and therefore included in our books.”

The property group said that properties are individually registered and highlighted through the vast range of marketing resources at the company’s disposal, including  the group’s monthly magazine Property News, the Homes of Quality website, single property brochures and social media.
