I totally agree with this point of view. Giovanni Kessler is definitely a disgrace and an abuser of power. He should not be given the opportunity to resign - HE SHOULD BE KICKED OUT! UNCEREMONIOUSLY!!

Mr. Balzan, Your point is well taken. Allow me to add that I always believed the EU is the champion of its citizens and it will not follow a tobacco industries with its billions of euros as it has been said it can find Judas who are of service and willing to make a show and frame anyone in their way.
We believe that no one is guilty until proven beyond any doubt, well it seem one man have proven this fundamental rule of freedom he can get close to his aim simply by word playing and framing anyone he want to. It should not have been a problem having experience of so many gangs in his former country of origin. What disgust me is that the authorities were so prompt to take action on such a poorly planned frame up. I guess if he was a German the drama would have turned different.

I agree lots of serious doubts on the correctness of OLAF have a risen regarding Kessler, and he should resign.
