Healthy strawberry banana ice-cream

Serves 1-2

Ingredients

• 250g frozen ripe banana
• 100g frozen ripe strawberry  
• 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

1. Simply add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
2. Serve immediately or freeze for later!
