Ingredients
- Beef fillet, thinly sliced
- Fresh lemon
- Salt
- Coarse black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh rocket
- Parmesan shavings
Method
- Ask your butcher to slice the beef fillet as thinly as possible.
- Place beef fillet on a flat dish and add fresh squeezed lemon, olive oil, salt, and fresh black pepper.
- Serve topped with rocket leaves and Parmesan shavings.
