Deep fried bananas

A moreish take on a versatile fruit

Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp palm sugar
  • Salt 
  • Oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except for the banana.
  2. Cut the bananas into bite size pieces.
  3. Dredge through the batter and fry until golden.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with vanilla ice-cream.
