Roast baby new potatoes
A pretty, perfect accompaniment to any dish

Ingredients
- Baby new potatoes
- Olive oil
- Coarse sea salt
- Sprig of fresh rosemary
- Cracked black pepper
Method
- Wash the potatoes well then make several cuts with a sharp knife but never cutting right through so that the potatoes remain whole.
- Place into a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil and coarse sea salt flakes.
- Add some rosemary leaves and cracked pepper.
- Transfer to a shallow baking tray and cover with foil.
- Keep in the fridge till needed.
- Cook at 200°C, uncovered for 45 mins.
