Glazed baby potatoes

Ingredients
- Baby potatoes
- Olive oil
- Cumin seeds
- Honey
- Sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Boil the baby potatoes in salted water till just tender but do not overcook. Drain.
- Heat some olive oil in a large pan and add the potatoes. Stir gently to coat with the oil.
- Season with some salt and pepper and a few cumin seeds.
- Drizzle a little honey over and cook for a few minutes then transfer to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
