Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen edamame, shelled
- ½ cup cranberries
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Sea salt
Method
- Add the olive oil and salt to the edamame beans and roast in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 20 – 25 mins.
- Allow to cool and mix with cranberries.
