Benna yoghurt and garlic dipping sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup Benna plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Prepare the garlic, yoghurt dipping sauce by mixing the yoghurt, mint, lemon juice, oil, honey, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, cover and chill.
